The initial public offer of Sula Vineyards continued to receive muted response from the investors on second day of bidding. The Rs 960.35 crore IPO is subscribed 50% by 3.30 PM on December 13.
As per the BSE data, the investors made bids for 93,28,872 equity shares or only compared to the 1,88,30,372 equity shares offered for the subscription by 3.30 pm on Tuesday, December 13.
The quota for retail bidders was booked 86%, whereas the allocation for non-institutional investors fetched 31% bids. However, the portion for qualified institutional bidders was not even off the mark.
Sula Vineyards is selling its shares in the range of Rs 340-357 per share. Investors can bid for 42 equity shares in a lot. The issue is entirely an offer for sale. Click here to apply for the IPO.
