Zinka Logistics Solution Limited which began its IPO on November 13, 2024 is closing today on November 18, 2024. The investors are left with very short time to apply on this last day of subscription for the IPO worth ₹1,114.72 Crores.
The company that owns the BlackBuck App has fixed the price band in the range of ₹259 to ₹273 for its IPO per equity share. Fresh equity shares are an issue combined with an offer for sale by existing shareholders.
IPO had received an overall subscription of 1.23 times at 2:46 PM. The retail investor portion got subscribed 1.43 times, but for NII response was lower at 0.15 times. The subscription for the QIB segment stood at 1.71 times.
