Arvind Ltd has incorporated Arvind Technical Products Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary on November 25, 2022.
According to the filing, Arvind Technical Products Private Limited shall carry on the business of manufacturing and marketing of textile products.
“The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated to meet the prerequisite for participation in Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for textiles”, the company said.
At around 9:17 AM, Arvind Ltd is currently trading at Rs93.60 per share up by Rs0.4 or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs93.20 per share on the BSE.
