Asian Granito incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary AGL Sanityware

Asian Granito India Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company named AGL Sanityware Private Limited on February 7, 2022, to undertake business activities pertaining to Sanitaryware Product Industry.

The subscribed capital of AGL Sanityware is Rs1 lakh consisting of 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs10 each. The company is yet to commence business operations.

At around 10.38 AM, Asian Granito India Ltd was trading at Rs119.85 per share down by Rs0.9 or 0.75% from its previous closing of Rs120.75 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs123 and has touched a high and low of Rs123 and Rs119.75 respectively.
