Bandhan Multi Asset Allocation Fund NFO: Key details you need to know

Bandhan Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “hybrid category”, named as Bandhan Multi Asset Allocation Fund. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income and provide long term capital appreciation by investing in instruments across multiple asset classes namely Equity & Equity Related Instruments, Debt & Money Market Securities and Gold/Silver related instruments.

Investment strategy: The Scheme will be actively managed with investments across various asset classes like Equities, Debt, Gold/silver ETFs and Sovereign gold deposit schemes, units of REITs and InvITs and such other asset classes as SEBI may prescribe.

Asset allocation: The objective of the scheme is to generate income as well as capital appreciation via diversification across asset classes.

Who should invest?

Investors with high risk appetite and want to invest for 5 to 7 years to diversify their portfolio in multiple assets including equity, debt, gold etc. should invest in Bandhan Multi Asset Allocation Fund. 

Risk associated: High level of risk.

Benchmark: 65% Nifty 500 TRI + 25% NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index + 5% Domestic prices of gold + 5% Domestic prices of silver.

The NFO is available for subscription from January 10 to January 24. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 1000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
