Bandhan Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “Solution Oriented Scheme”, named as Bandhan Retirement Fund. This open-ended fund intends to provide is to provide long-term capital appreciation / income by investing in a mix of equity, debt, and other instruments to help investors meet their retirement goals.
Investment strategy: The scheme aims to manage the exposure between two asset classes equity and debt dynamically. The dynamic allocation between equity and debt asset class will be based on an underlying quantitative model.
Asset allocation: The scheme will be a hybrid scheme with investment in equity and equity related instruments as well as debt and money market instruments.
Who should invest?
Investors with very high risk appetite and want to invest for 7 to 10 years to attain the retirement goal should invest in Bandhan Retirement Fund.
Risk associated: Very high level of risk.
Benchmark: CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 – Moderate Index.
Fund Managers: Mr. Viraj Kulkarni (equity portion) and Mr. Gautam Kaul (debt portion).
The NFO is available for subscription from September 28 to October 12. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 1000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
