Camlin Fine Sciences announces annual maintenance at its Dahej plant

Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd has informed to the exchanges that the  Company  is  taking  an planned  annual  maintenance  activity  of  its  plant  situated at Plot No. Z/96/D, Dahej SEZ ‐II, Tal. Vagra, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat. In view of the same, the  said  plant  shall  be  under maintenance  shutdown from April 10, 2022 to May 10, 2022.

The restart activity shall commence from May 11, 2022, said company in a regulatory filing.

Further, Company has planned to fruitfully utilise the period of this shutdown by carrying out certain de-bottlenecking activity of the plant. This de‐bottlenecking activity if successful will lead to increase in the capacity of the plant.

Also, company is taking adequate measures to reduce the impact of the said shutdown on the production of downstream products.

At around 9:17 AM, Camlin Fine Sciences was trading at Rs145.10 per piece higher by 0.87% on Sensex.
