An innovative pharmaceutical company based in Japan and Glenmark Life Sciences have inked a Master Supply Agreement (MSA). Glenmark Life Sciences will produce API for the Japanese company in the therapeutic field of urinary anti-spasmodics within the terms of the Master Supply Agreement.
Product portfolios from other Japanese firm affiliates may be included in the future as part of this collaboration. The API for the completed formulation will be delivered to the US, Europe, and Japan, three significant regulated markets. This project is predicted to have a commercial value of approximately $5 million.
