Godrej Properties Ltd lost 2.81% today to trade at Rs 1209. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is down 1.1% to quote at 3054.85. The index is down 0.11 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Phoenix Mills Ltd decreased 1.18% and Macrotech Developers Ltd lost 0.74% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 8.94 % over last one year compared to the 0.03% surge in benchmark SENSEX. Godrej Properties Ltd has lost 9.92% over last one month compared to 0.11% fall in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 0.43% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 14658 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 23158 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 2598 on 14 Oct 2021.
