Hero MotoCorp Sets Sales Record, Surpasses 14 Lakh Units in Festive Season

Hero MotoCorp achieved its highest-ever sales during the festive season by retailing over 14 lakh two-wheeler units in a 32-day period. The record sales occurred between the first day of Navratras and Bhai Dooj on November 15.

The company experienced a 19% growth compared to the previous year, surpassing its previous highest retail of 12.7 lakh units in the festive period of 2019. The strong sales were attributed to robust demand in rural markets and steady retail off-take in key urban centers.

Hero MotoCorp CEO Niranjan Gupta credited the growth to a strong portfolio of brands, an extensive distribution network, and new launches during the year.

The CEO also emphasized that the festive season indicated a resurgence in rural growth, benefiting both the country and the two-wheeler industry. Hero MotoCorp’s Chief Business Officer, Ranjivjit Singh, highlighted the achievement was due to strong customer traction across various markets, with double-digit growth in Central, North, South, and East zones.
