Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that Mukesh Kumar Surana, (DIN: 07464675), Chairman & Managing Director (C&MD), of the Company has superannuated from the services on 30 April 2022 and hence ceased to be a Director with effect from 01 May 2022.
The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MOP&NG) vide order dated 29 April 2022 has conveyed that the Competent Authority has approved the proposal for entrustment of Additional Charge of the post of C & MD to Pushp Kumar Joshi (DIN: 05323634), Director – HR, for a period of three months w.e.f. 01 May2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Accordingly, Pushp Kumar Joshi has assumed the Additional Charge of the post of C&MD effective 01 May 2022.
