Inox Wind allots equity shares and convertible warrants on preferential basis

Inox Wind has allotted securities on preferential issue basis on 01 June 2022 as under: Allotted 23,80,952 equity shares of Rs 10 each at issue price of Rs 126 per share to Lend Lease Company (India) (non-promoter) for a cash consideration of Rs 30 crore. Allotted 53,03,030 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 132 per warrant to Lend Lease Company (India) (non-promoter) for an upfront payment of 25% of the total warrant subscription price aggregating to Rs 17.50 crore. Allotted 1,19,04,761 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 126 per share to Inox Leasing and Finance (promoter group) for cash consideration of Rs 150 crore. Post the above allotments, the issued and paid-up equity capital of the company now stands increased to Rs.277,27,53,060. Powered by Capital Market – Live News
