Kalpataru Power Transmission board nods NCD issue for Rs200cr

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December  04, 2022 has approved the issuance of Listed Rated Unsecured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs200cr on private placement basis.

According to the filing, total number of securities issued is 2000 NCDs of face value of Rs10 lakh each aggregating to Rs200cr where deemed date of allotment is January 12, 2022 and 1st redemption date (50%) is January 12, 2024. Further, final redemption date (50%) date is January 10, 2025.

At around 9:23 AM, Kalpataru Power Transmission was trading at Rs373.25 apiece down by Rs1.3 or 0.35% on Sensex.
