KPIT Technologies zooms ~1.5% on appointing Chinmay Pandit as an Executive Director

KPIT Technologies Limited informed that the Board of Directors of the company approved the appointment of Chinmay Pandit as an Additional and Executive Director (Whole-time Director) of the Company, effective from July 26, 2022.

Chinmay Pandit is the Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. He is the Head of Geography (Americas) and the Commercial Vehicle vertical. He is responsible for the overall strategy and growth plan of the company as the Geography head.

His role includes executive contact with key client leadership, business development, geographic operations, people development, and the organization’s branding and positioning as a key technology expert.

Chinmay Pandit previously led the Vehicle Engineering & Design practice/business line of the Company. KPIT’s Vehicle Engineering & Design practice provides cutting-edge mechanical engineering design and simulation services enhanced by technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, digital twins, and augmented/virtual reality.

KPIT Technologies was trading at Rs538.05, up by 1.41% against previous close of Rs530.55 on NSE. So far, it touch intraday high and low of Rs545 and Rs510 respectively.
