Linde India names Neeraj Kumar Jumrani as new CFO

Linde India Limited informed that on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the Board respectively approved the appointment of Neeraj Kumar Jumrani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

His appointment is effective from August 9, 2022, as the earlier CFO has resigned from his position.

Neeraj Kumar Jumrani, 43, is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce. He joined Linde India in 2006 and has over 18 years of experience in various finance roles such as Tax Management, Treasury Management, Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Controlling within the Linde Plc Group companies.

Jumrani was previously associated with PT. Linde Indonesia as Head of Finance for Linde Plc’s Gases business in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Jumrani is in no way related to any of the Directors of the Company, stated the company in its regulatory filing.

At around 11.45 AM, Linde India was trading at Rs3,520 per piece, down by 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs3,550.90 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs3,661.50 and touched intraday high and low of Rs3,661.50 and Rs3,520 respectively.
