L&T Bags Significant Orders for Water Projects in Rajasthan and Assam

Larsen & Toubro (L&T), a major engineering and construction conglomerate, secures significant orders in water and effluent treatment sector. The orders, falling under the ‘significant’ category, range between Rs 1,000 crore and Rs 2,500 crore.

The Public Health Engineering Department, Rajasthan awards an order for a water supply project covering 648 villages in Chittorgarh district under the Jal Jeevan Mission (Package-I).

Guwahati Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Assam, grants an order for the construction and commissioning of balance works for the South Guwahati West Water Supply Project with a capacity of 107 MLD (minimal liquid discharge).
