MRC Agrotech enters into JV with Devica Herbal Products; Stock down ~5%

MRC Agrotech Limited (Formerly known as MRC Exim Limited) has entered into a Joint Venture with Devica Herbal Products Private Limited for the purpose of conducting business of organic herbal products.

As per regulatory filing, MRC Agrotech shall hold 49% of Equity shares of Devica Herbal Products Private Limited and Devica Herbal Products shall hold shares worth equal to amount of 49% of its own shares.

On Friday at around 10:45 AM, MRC Agrotech was trading at Rs66.25 per piece lower by 4.95% on the BSE. The scrip opended at Rs66.85 per piece and touched intraday low at Rs66.25 per piece on the BSE.
