Muthoot Capital raises Rs83.47 crore via portfolio securitization

Muthoot Capital Services Limited informed that it has completed a securitization transaction of Rs83.47 crore on November 30, 2022.

The company highlighted that this is the fifth securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY 2022 – 2023.

Muthoot Capital said that the entire pool is from the non-priority sector and was chosen after considering the Reserve Bank of India’s guidelines in this regard.

Muthoot Capital Services, a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India, is promoted by the Muthoot Pappachan Group.

At around 3.05 PM, Muthoot Capital was trading at Rs285.35 up by 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs285.15 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs292.90 and Rs284.70 respectively.
