Docprime Technologies Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PB Fintech Limited has invested an amount of over Rs22cr in Visit Internet Services Private Limited (VISPL).
Docprime is making this investment to acquire 100% shareholding in VISPL, in one or more tranches, as a part of its strategic investments. Acquisition of 98.40% stake happened on January 14, 2022, and 100% by early February 2022. VISPL belongs to Software and Tech Services.
At around 11.07 AM, PB Fintech Ltd was trading at Rs981.05 per share up by Rs39.45 or 4.19% from its previous closing of Rs941.60 per share on the BSE.
