Rail Vikas Nigam signs MoU with Kyrgyzindustry for Infrastructure project

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited informed investors of signing an agreement with Kyrgyzindustry regarding the execution of infrastructure projects in Kyrgyz Republic particularly of Railway Line Network.

The company has stated in its filing, “In pursuance to the MOU between Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) and Economic Policy Research Institute of Kyrgyz Republic (EPRI) which has, later on, been transformed to “Kyrgyzindustry” by a Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of the KYRGYZ Republic dated 24th December 2021.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has entered into an Agreement with “Kyrgyzindustry” for the execution of infrastructure projects in Kyrgyz Republic particularly Railway Line Network on mutual agreed terms and conditions.”

Rail Vikas Nigam’s counter was trading 0.47% lower at Rs31.75 against the previous close of Rs31.90 on NSE. It opened at Rs32.30 and touched intraday high and low of Rs32.30 and Rs31.60 respectively.
