  1. Max Financial Services: The company has issued a clarification regarding the petition filed in the High Court of Delhi, which alleges that Axis Bank and its affiliated companies have garnered undue profits from the buying and selling of equity shares of the material subsidiary, namely Max Life Insurance Company.
  2. Escorts Kubota: On Thursday, the farm and construction equipment manufacturer revealed that it has successfully concluded a long-term wage settlement agreement with the Workers’ Union for a duration of 3 years. Furthermore, the company has obtained the signed copy of the agreement from the relevant government authorities.
  3. Vedanta: On Thursday, Finsider International Company, a subsidiary of billionaire Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta Resources, disclosed the divestment of a 1.8% stake in Vedanta through an open market transaction, amounting to ₹1,737 Crore.
  4. Axis bank: On Thursday, the private lender issued clarifications regarding the plea filed by senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy in the Delhi High Court. The lender stated that it has secured all requisite regulatory approvals for the transactions associated with the sale/purchase of shares of Max Life Insurance.
  5. InterGlobe Aviation: According to data released by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on February 15, 2024, IndiGo, the airline holding the largest market share, experienced a slight decline to 60.2% in January 2024. This figure marks a decrease from 61.8% recorded in the previous month.
  6. Yes Bank: CA Basque Investments, the special purpose vehicle overseen by affiliates of Carlyle Group Inc., has divested 39 Crore equity shares, amounting to 1.35% of the paid-up equity of the bank, through open market transactions.
  7. BPCL: The green hydrogen project represents a pilot initiative aimed at garnering expertise in hydrogen utilization within the automobile sector. With an anticipated capital investment of around ₹25 Crore, this project is strategically designed to foster collaboration with Cochin International Airport (CIAL).
  8. HDFC Bank: In the December quarter, the largest private sector lender reported that its home loan book surged to ₹6.84 lakh Crore, significantly narrowing the gap with its public sector counterpart, State Bank of India. SBI currently holds a home loan book valued at ₹6.94 lakh Crore.
  9. Dilip Buildcon: On Thursday, the infrastructure company announced that it, in collaboration with Vijay Kumar Mishra Construction Ltd-Dilip Buildcon Ltd joint venture, has been declared as the L-1 bidder for a tender released by the Water Resources Department of Madhya Pradesh.
  10. KPI Green Energy: On Thursday, the company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has secured a new order for a 1.5-MW solar power project. This order, awarded by Pruthvi Textile, mandates KPIG Energia Private to oversee the development of the solar power project.
