Tata Power Company: Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) subsidiary has reached 1.4 GW of group captive project capacity in the previous seven months. This accomplishment is the consequence of power delivery agreements (PDAs) signed with numerous industries across segments.

HDFC Life: Karnataka Bank has formed a strategic alliance with HDFC Life Insurance to provide life insurance products to its clients. This agreement is expected to provide a slew of advantages to individuals looking for financial security and life insurance.

Tech Mahindra: The IT services company entered into a partnership agreement with NEOM Tech and Digital Company (TONOMUS) through its substantial subsidiary Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc. Tech Mahindra will establish a fully owned subsidiary (a joint venture business) to deliver technology and digital services that support cities’ and communities’ cognitive foundations.

State Bank of India: According to CNBC-TV18, the government has nominated Vinay M. Tonse as the managing director (MD) of the country’s largest public sector lender. Vinay M. Tonse is currently SBI’s deputy managing director.

ABB India: ABB and Titagarh Rail Systems have forged a strategic alliance to deliver propulsion systems for Indian metro rolling stock projects. Titagarh will acquire ABB propulsion equipment, including traction converters, auxiliary converters, traction motors, and TCMS software, under the terms of the cooperation.

RateGain Travel Technologies: The hospitality software provider has announced the completion of qualified institution placement (QIP) issues and authorized the issuance of 93.31 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 643 per share, a 4.97 percent discount to the floor price.

SpiceJet: The Delhi High Court has summoned the airline’s Chairman and Managing Director Ajay Singh to appear before it on January 10 to explain how he intends to pay the arbitration judgement won by erstwhile founder Kalanithi Maran and his KAL Airways in 2018.

L&T Technology Services: The engineering services company has teamed with Nvidia to build AI-enabled, software-defined architectures for endoscopy-focused medical equipment, which will improve picture quality and scalability.

Container Corporation of India: The firm has agreed to put up liquified natural gas and liquid-to-compressed natural gas facilities at its premises with Indraprastha Gas.

Vascon Engineers: Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corp has awarded the business a Rs 357 crore contract for the development of a general hospital facility in Pune. The contract is expected to be finished in three years.
