Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories: The pharma company obtained an appellate order from the extra commissioner of central tax, which confirmed the tax demand, including interest and penalties. The tax demand will be ₹35.21 Lakh, with interest and penalties totaling ₹23.11 Lakh and ₹35.21 Lakh, respectively.
SBI Mutual Fund: The fund purchased 40,65,000 shares at an average price of ₹245 after Qrg Investments and Holdings liquidated its 1.33% stake in the firm.
LTIMindtree: LTIMindtree has inked an MOU with Eurolife FFH to establish Gen Al and digital hubs in Europe and India. These facilities will be built in Poland, Europe, and Mumbai. Eurolife FFH will establish the Generative Al and Digital Hub in Athens to create new solutions for the Greek insurance industry, while LTIMindtree will provide deep subject experience and support through its specialised facilities in Mumbai and Poland.
Apollo Microsystems: The firm reported that SBI has approved a ₹110 Crore term loan for the company. The company will utilize the funds to create the Integrated Plant for Ingenious Defence Systems (IPiDS) in Hardware Park, Hyderabad.
Brigade Enterprises: The business said that it has inked a collaborative development agreement with PVP Ventures to build a 2.5 million-square-foot high-rise residential project sprawled across 16 acres in Perambur, Chennai, with a revenue potential of around ₹2,000 Crore. Brigade Hotel Ventures, the company’s subsidiary, has inked a 45-year lease deal with the landowners to develop a 250-room resort on East Coast Road (ECR) in Chennai.
Eureka Forbes: According to sources, Eureka Forbes promoter Lunolux plans to sell up to a 12% stake, or 2.3 crore shares, through block agreements. The sale’s floor price is ₹494.75, representing a 3% discount, and the deal size is ₹1,150 Crore.
Devyani International: Yum Restaurants sold its entire stake in Devyani International, which owns KFC and Pizza Hut. The transaction took place in an open market deal on Wednesday. The deal is worth ₹871 Crore. Yum sold 5.3 crore shares for ₹164 each.
Tejas Network: The corporation announced Arnob Roy’s reappointment as its full-time director. He will be named the executive director and chief operational officer of the organisation. The tenure will begin on March 24, 2024, and shall be for a period of five years.
Homefirst Finance: The firm reported that IRDAI granted it a corporate agent (composite) license to solicit life, general and health insurance. As a corporate agent, the organisation will have the ability to solicit insurance products from its consumers.
Ceinsys Tech: Fugro USA Land Inc. issued Ceinsys a service order to extract all assets for 15581 miles of the New Mexico 2023-2024 Lidar project. The deal would be for ₹5.26 Crore.
