Here are some of the stocks that may see significant price movement today.

  1. Bajaj Auto: On Thursday, a two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company announced that it has injected an additional ₹45.75 crore into the electric bike-sharing platform, Yulu Bikes. Following this latest investment, the company now holds a stake of 18.8% in the paid-up equity share capital of the electric bike-sharing platform.
  2. Angel One: On Thursday, a brokerage house announced its decision to raise approximately ₹2,000 crore in one or more tranches through preferential issues, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP), or other modes of fundraising. The objective of this capital infusion is to enhance and bolster financial flexibility, facilitating the expansion of the business and capitalizing on various emerging opportunities within the existing broking business as well as across the fintech space.
  3. Oil India: The company has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT), a prominent public sector entity. This agreement aims to delve into potential opportunities within the realm of green hydrogen, encompassing green ammonia, green methanol, and various other derivative products.
  4. Concord Biotech: On Thursday, a company backed by Rare Enterprises revealed the successful completion of an inspection conducted by the Ministry of Health Pharmacy and Poisons Board of the Republic of Kenya at its Unit II formulation facility situated in Valthera-Dholka, Ahmedabad. Subsequent to the inspection, Concord Biotech has been granted the prestigious Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification.
  5. Bharat Forge: On Thursday, the auto components major revealed plans for a strategic investment of €15 million (roughly ₹133.58 crore) into Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH (BFGH). This infusion, facilitated by BFGH into Bharat Forge Holding GmbH (BFH), is designated for the subsequent financial backing of Bharat Forge Aluminiumtechnik GmbH (BFAT), a notable step-down subsidiary based in Germany.
  6. Ramakrishna Forgings: On Thursday, a prominent foreign company announced that it has obtained board approval to establish a manufacturing facility in Mexico. This facility is supported by a 10-year, $3.5 million per annum ‘Take or Pay’ agreement for machining components with a North American customer.
  7. IRCTC: IRCTC has entered into a partnership with Bundl Technologies, commonly known as Swiggy Foods, to facilitate the provision and delivery of pre-ordered meals via the IRCTC e-catering portal. This collaboration aims to assist operators in deploying secure 5G networks equipped with inline mitigation capabilities, thereby ensuring that the network is primed for the future transition to 6G technology.
  9. Dilip Buildcon: On Thursday, an infrastructure company disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary has finalized the concession agreement with the Public Works Department of the Goa government. The agreement pertains to the construction of viewing galleries and observatory towers for the new Zuari bridge. The project carries a total cost of ₹270 crore and is slated for completion within a 60-month period.
  10. Vodafone Idea: The telecom operator has announced that its board of directors will convene on February 27 to deliberate on various proposals aimed at raising funds.
