Apollo Micro Systems: The Company has bagged orders from Bharath Dynamics Limited (The supplies are for TAL Project) and DRDO, Hyderabad, worth Rs15.30cr (consolidated).

Mindtree: The company recorded profit at Rs437.5cr in December 2021 quarter against Rs398.9cr in September 2021 quarter, revenue jumped to Rs2,750cr from Rs2,586.2cr qoq.

Tata Metaliks: The company reported a lower profit at Rs35.65cr in December 2021 quarter against Rs75.18cr in December 2020 quarter, revenue jumped to Rs689.80cr from Rs526.23cr yoy.

Titan Company: Rakesh Radheshyam Jhunjhunwala increased shareholding to 4.02% (3,57,10,395 equity shares) as of December 2021 quarter, up from 3.80% (3,37,60,395 shares) as of September 2021 quarter. His wife’s stake remained at 1.07% (95,40,575 shares) as of December 2021 quarter compared to September 2021 quarter.

HCL Technologies will announce its quarterly earnings on Friday.

Dhampur Sugar Mills: The expansion of the Company at its unit located at Asmoli, Uttar Pradesh has been completed. With this expansion, distillation capacity of the Company now stands at 500 KLPD.

Vikas Lifecare: The company acquired 75% stake in Genesis Gas Solutions, a company engaged in the business developing “smart products” including smart gas meters & power distribution solutions.

Plastiblends India: The company reported higher profit at Rs12.07cr in December 2021 quarter against Rs11.37cr in December 2020 quarter, revenue rose to Rs174.14cr from Rs160.04cr yoy.

Hindustan Aeronautics: ICRA has upgraded company’s long term rating to AAA from AA+ and also revised outlook to Stable from Positive.
