Tech Mahindra: The company reported a higher consolidated profit at Rs1,378.2cr in Q3FY22 against Rs1,340.9cr in Q2FY22, revenue rose to Rs11,450.8cr from Rs10,881.3cr qoq.

Hero MotoCorp Ltd., the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, sold 380,476 units in January 2022. The third wave of the pandemic, subsequent staggered state-wise lockdowns and restricted movement impacted the overall sales volume of the month.

Amber Enterprises India: The company has entered into definitive agreements with Pravartaka Tooling Services and acquired a 60% stake in Pravartaka, which is in the business of injection mould tool manufacturing and injection moulding components manufacturing for various industries.

VIP Industries: The company reported consolidated profit at Rs33.47cr in Q3FY22 against loss of Rs7cr in Q3FY21, revenue rose to Rs397.34cr from Rs232.53cr yoy.
