TVS Motors pares entire 43.54% stake in Emerald Haven

On Thursday, TVS Motor Company Ltd announced the complete divestment of its 43.54% stake in Emerald Haven Realty Limited.

The company announced through a regulatory filing that it divested all of its ownership in Emerald Haven Realty Limited, an affiliated company. The sale involved the company’s entire stake of 11,12,19,512 equity shares, which accounted for 43.54% of the total shares. This transaction took place on June 14, 2023.

Further, as part of its ongoing celebration of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav,’ the Indian Navy has collaborated with TVS Motor Company, a renowned manufacturer of motorcycles and three-wheelers, to undertake a motorcycle expedition in Ladakh, a region known for its challenging mountain passes.

During the expedition, a group of more than 34 officers will ride the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and TVS Apache RR 310 motorcycles. They will travel through various locations including Chandigarh, Jammu, Srinagar, Kargil, and Nubra, ultimately reaching Leh. 

The expedition aims to reach its final destination, the National War Memorial, on July 12, 2023, after traveling a distance of around 5,600 kilometers.

At around 10.01 AM, TVS Motors was trading at Rs 1,338 per piece, up by 0.39%, against the previous close of Rs 1,332.85 on NSE.
