As per regulatory filing, the tenure of the security is 365 days and name of the IPA is Yes bank Limited, Mumbai. Issue value is Rs9,28,07,425 while Redemption value is Rs10cr.
The meeting of the Committee commenced at 05:45 p.m. and concluded at 06:50 p.m.
At around 9:40 AM on Thursday, UGRO Capital was trading at Rs222.30 per share lower by 0.47% on the BSE platform.
