Ugro Capital to consider fundraising in board meet on Friday

The meeting of the Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of Ugro Capital Limited is scheduled to be held on March 25, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis.

At around 11.05 am, Ugro Capital Limited was trading at Rs182.70 per piece down Rs2.35 or 1.27% on the BSE. The stock opened at Rs190.80 per piece than previous close of Rs185.05 per piece and is on the downward movement since.
