Vikram Singhvi appointed as new CFO of JMC Projects; stock spurts ~4%

JMC Projects (India) Limited informed that the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Vikram Singhvi as a Chief Financial Officer of the company with immediate effect. He has also been appointed as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Post this development, JMC Projects’ counter was trading 3.67% higher at Rs83.30, against its previous close of Rs80.35 on the National Stock Exchange. So far in the day, it hit a high of Rs86.

Vikram Singhvi is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Jodhpur and a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in companies such as A F Ferguson & Co., Dalma Energy LLC, Essar Oil Limited, Essar Oilfields Services Fze, Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, and others.

The company further informed that the BOD also approved the re-appointment of Shailendra Kumar Tripathi as Managing Director and CEO for a period of 3 years.
