Yash Innoventures Ltd (formerly known as Redex Protech Ltd) has informed that the Company had taken approval from shareholders at Annual General Meeting dated December 24, 2020 for disposal of substantial undertaking of the Company.
In accordance with the said approval, the company has disposed off the piece and parcel of land bearing at (1) Final Plot no. 13,14/2,15, 17,18,19,20,22 admeasuring 11506.78 sq. mtr. and (2) Final Plot no. 16 admeasuring 7352.53 sq. mtr. all together 18859.31sq. mtr. falling under the Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 139(A) (Chharodi-Naranpura-khoda), situate at Mouje – khoda, Taluka – Sanad, District – Ahmedabad constituting Substantial Undertaking of the Company to SokoMogami Developers LLP as per the terms and conditions contained in the agreement entered into between both the parties.
At around 9:48 AM, Yash innoventures was trading flat at Rs34.60 per piece on the BSE.
