PwC India has won the prestigious Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF) Spotlight Award 2016 in the growth strategies category for work done with its client - Tractors & Farm Equipment Ltd (TAFE). Padmaja Alaganadan, Leader - People and Organisation, PwC India along with members of the team received the award at the ceremony organised in New York.
PwC India’s People and Organisation practice partnered with TAFE to help position for growth through people and productivity interventions. The engagement looked at the right people model, alignment to strategic priorities and ways to provide job enrichment in addition to driving a productivity culture.
AMCF Spotlight Awards recognises the positive impact of consulting not only on clients' businesses, but on society at large. These awards provide an opportunity for the clients and their consultants to compete with other organisations and consulting firms while showcasing their innovative sustainable solutions. The Growth Strategies category of the awards considers projects where consultants have helped their clients in enhancing their top-line growth on a corporate, business line, or product level.
