CRISIL revises outlook on NCDs of BASF India to Stable from Negative

The rating on the Non-Convertible Debentures has been reaffirmed at CRISIL AAA.

CRISIL Limited has revised the outlook on the Rs20cr Non-Convertible Debenture Programme of BASF India Limited to ‘Stable’ from ‘Negative’. The rating on the Non-Convertible Debentures has been reaffirmed at ‘CRISIL AAA’.

“The instruments with “CRISIL AAA” rating are considered to have the highest degree of safety regarding timely servicing of the financial obligations and carry lowest credit risk,” the company said in a filing on Tuesday.

The ratings on the Fixed Deposits and Commercial Paper have been reaffirmed at ‘FAAA/Stable’ and ‘CRISIL A1+’, respectively.

At around 11.00 AM, BASF India Ltd was trading at Rs2,800.40 per piece down by Rs15.35 or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs2,815.75 per piece on the BSE.
