Datamatics Global Services Limited, a global Digital Technologies, Operations, and Experiences Company, has formed a long-term strategic alliance with AccessFares, a trusted market leader in providing premium international airfares at significant discounts, to provide the best pricing and services to its customers worldwide.

Datamatics strives to enhance customer experience by managing premium international airfare services and creating value across the entire air ticketing, invoicing, and billing process through this partnership.

A diverse team will be deployed from the Philippines and India, with agents handling a variety of services such as new issuances, re-issuances, refunds, and so on. Datamatics will also implement query handling and resolution for Ancillary Customer Services as part of the project.
