IndiGo lowers IPO size to Rs. 3,000 crore

Report says the one promoter is planning to sell less number of shares in the public offer.

Low-cost carrier IndiGo's operator InterGlobe Aviation lowered IPO size by over Rs. 200 crore to nearly Rs 3,000 crore, according to reports.
Report says the one promoter is planning to sell less number of shares in the public offer. 
This move comes on the first day of the roadshow for the IPO.
The promoters of the company, will sell nearly 23 mn shares, down from about 26.1 million they had proposed for the Offer For Sale component of the IPO.
