Krsnaa Diagnostics awarded new order for providing Diagnostic Services; stock adds ~1%

Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited informed that the Company has been awarded a contract in the state of Tripura by the Mission Director, National Health Mission, State Health & Family Welfare Society, Tripura for Image Transmission & Reporting of Radiology Images and Selective Radiology Services (X-ray Tele Radiology Services).

With the addition of Tripura State, Krsnaa has set foot across 15 states.

As per the Tender awarded, the Company will provide free Diagnostics Service- X-ray Tele Radiology Services in District Hospitals / Sub-district Hospitals / Community Health Centers in the State of Tripura.

The Company is in the process of entering into a contract with the concerned authority in this behalf. The nature of this Project will be Free Diagnostics Service (Image Transmission & Reporting of Radiology Images and Selective Radiology Services) at the District Hospitals / Sub-district Hospitals / Community Health Centers on an Install and Operate basis.

The Company to ensure the commencement of operation within a period of 60 days from the date of signing of a contract by both the parties under the Project.

The size of the contract cannot be estimated as being a new tender, stated the company in its filing.

At around 12.16 AM, Krsnaa Diagnostics was trading at Rs563, up by 1.10% against previous close of Rs556.85 on BSE.
