LTIMindtree Board declares interim dividend of Rs 20

LTIMindtree Ltd has informed to the exchanges regarding declaration of interim dividend.

As per the regulatory filing, the Board have declared an interim dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of Re 1 each.

The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration to those shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the Depositories as on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, being the 'Record Date' fixed for the purpose, the Company said in a statement.

At around 1:10 PM, LTI Mindtree was trading at Rs4305.45 per share higher by 0.83% on the BSE. On Monday, the stock hit intraday high and low at Rs4321.55 per share and 4120 per share respectively on the BSE.
