Early-stage investment company Unicorn India Ventures is doubling returns for its limited partners by selling a stake in six firms to a US-based investor for Rs50 crore.

Genrobotics, a startup in robotics, Sequretek, a startup in customer experience analytics; Clootrack, Inc42, a startup in digital business publication; Inntot, a startup in digital media; and NeuroEquilibrium, a startup in healthcare, are among the businesses.

These investments were from the company's initial round of funding, which totaled Rs100 crore and was made available to 17 early-stage firms in 2016.

The lifespan of this fund expires in early 2019.

Of the 17 startups, the company had to write off its investment in three of them.

In 2019 and 2021, the company divested two businesses: the ecommerce personalization startup Boxx.ai and the pharmaceutical supply chain startup Pharmarack.
