AGM 08/08/2023 The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Wednesday, May 03, 2023, had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023, for approval by the Members at the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 08, 2023, at 3.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Other relevant details are being provided in the notice of AGM, which will be issued in due course of time. This is further to our letter dated July 10, 2023, conveying that the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 08, 2023 at 3:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 along with the Notice of the AGM, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company.
