Net profit increased to ₹446.4 crore from ₹427.8 crore in the last quarter and ₹393.2 crore for the same quarter year ago.
The tax department had questioned Mphasis's payments to its overseas subsidiaries and group enterprises, claiming that the company did not deduct tax at source (TDS) on the transactions.
Revenue gained 0.7% from ₹3,536.1 crore in Q2 FY25 to ₹3,561.3 crore.

Net revenue increased by 2.4% quarter-over-quarter in constant currency to ₹3,540 crore, exceeding the predicted 1.8% growth rate.
