The EBITDA margin expanded to 10.5% from 6.5% in the corresponding quarter last year.
A final dividend of ₹14 per equity share of ₹2 each has been recommended by the Board of Directors for FY25
Thermax will own a majority 51% stake in the joint venture and OCQ will own 49%, as a part of the companies' strategic alliance to strengthen their global footprint in the chemical sector.
