Thermax Limited has submitted to the Stock Exchanges Notice of 42nd AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, which will be circulated to the shareholders through electronic mode today i.e. July 5, 2023. The 42nd AGM will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 4.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM). Notice of the 42nd Annual General Meeting to be held on August 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (IST). Thermax Limited has submitted summary of the proceedings of the 42nd Annual General Meeting held on August 1, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 01.08.2023)
