Public issue of 36,90,000 equity share of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 63 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 53 per equity share) for cash aggregating upto Rs. 23.25 crores (The Issue), by Timbor Home Limited (The Company or The Issuer). The issue will constitute 25.00% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company. Issue price: Rs. 63 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The issue price is 6.3 times the face value.
