Indian Metals Ferro Alloys has allotted 26977053 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of One 1 Equity Share of Rs 10 each for every One 1 existing Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members list of beneficial owners as on 10 January 2022 ie record date fixed for this purpose Consequently the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 539541060 divided into 53954106 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each
