The business of wholly owned subsidiary company would be in the field of Manufacturing and trading of Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF) and its allied products.
Further, Archidpanel Industries Private Limited is incorporated with Registrar of Companies, Uttarakhand, on February 12, 2022 and is yet to commence its business operations.
At around 11:38 AM, Archidply Industries was trading at Rs50.70 apiece down by Rs1.4 or 2.69% against its previous closing of Rs52.10 apiece on the BSE.
