Aster DM Healthcare announced the opening of Medcare Royal Hospital in Al Qusais. The 126-bed medical facility, spread across 334,736 square feet and built by Dubai Developments, will be the fourth Medcare Hospital in Dubai and the fifth in the UAE overall, alongside 20 Medcare Medical Centres.
Aster DM Healthcare said that it has signed the agreement with Dubai Developments on Wednesday, and the hospital will open in December 2023.
It is scheduled to open in 2023 and will include a cutting-edge healthcare facility with a total of 126 beds in Al Qusais, Dubai. The facility is made up of two structures: a parking structure with six levels (G+6) and a modern main hospital building with three levels (G+3).
The main building has a contemporary design that intends to greet visitors with a large and prestigious lobby that leads to various sections and departments of the hospital.
The hospital is situated in close proximity to the Dubai International Airport and medical tourists could easily access the same. Al Qusais is a densely populated area, and will have a population of 3.8 million by 2025.
The hospital will be supported by cutting-edge infrastructure, advanced medical equipment, and cutting-edge technology platforms to assist physicians in providing superior care and treatment outcomes for patients.
At around 10.57 AM, Aster DM Healthcare was trading 0.73% lower at Rs 311.95, against the previous close of Rs 314.25 on NSE.
