Bharat Electronics inks pact with Globals for Cyberwarfare & Cyber Defence Systems

During Aero India 2023, which is currently taking place at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru, Navratna Defense PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Globals ITES Private Ltd. 

The MoU establishes a collaborative partnership that includes the development of technology, co-creation, and joint innovation, as well as joint marketing and sales efforts in the domains of cyberwarfare and cyber defense systems.

The MoU aims to capitalize on BEL and Globals’ complementary strengths and capabilities. The two entities have agreed to work in close collaboration and provide mutual support for Research and Development, as well as pursuing Joint Go-to-Market strategies for Cyber Security Solutions.

BEL and Globals will collaborate to develop sector-specific Cyber Security Solutions, Integrated Threat Management Systems, modern Security Operations Centers (SOC), and AI-driven Cyber Defence Systems.

At around 2.59 PM, BEL was trading 1.02% lower at Rs96.75, against the previous close of Rs97.75 on NSE. So far, the counter hit an intraday high and low of Rs98.65 and Rs96.25 respectively.
