Blue Dart names Sudha Pai as new CFO

Blue Dart Express Limited announced that it has appointed Sudha Pai as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Sudha will assume charge as CFO effective from September 1, 2023.

Sudha is a qualified cost accountant, and is currently associated with DHL Group as CFO of DHL Global Forwarding, India.

In addition, she served as the finance director of Ezyhaul India Pvt Ltd and held the positions of CFO and compliance officer at DHL Logistics Pvt Ltd’s Freight Forwarding division. As the finance head, she spearheaded the financial operations of four major divisions with a combined turnover of Rs 8,000 crore and a workforce comprising over 800 employees.

Sudha Pai occupies a position in the senior management team at DHL Global Forwarding. She directly reports to the Regional CFO and has a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Country CEO.

The company also announced the appointment of VN Iyer as group chief financial officer (Group CFO). His appointment shall also be effective from September 1, 2023.

VN Iyer is a qualified cost accountant with more than three decades of experience in various fields.
