Chandra Prabhu International registered as association of NACOF in UP; Stock sheds 2%

Chandra Prabhu International Limited (CPIL) has been registered as an associate of National Federation of Farmer’s Procurement, Processing and Retailing Co-operation of India Ltd (NACOF) in Uttar Pradesh for the Financial Investment for Procurement of Wheat/Paddy under MSP & other work with the NACOF on profit sharing basis for its Agro Division / business.

Such association will be for the period of 5 years subject to renewal of every year, said company in a regulatory filing.

At around 1:47 PM, Chandra Prabhu International was trading at Rs233.80 apiece down by Rs4.3 or 1.81% from its previous closing of Rs238.10 apiece on the BSE.
