Compuage Infocom allots 2,07,92,258 equity shares on rights basis

Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed to the exchanges regarding outcome of the board meeting held on December 8, 2022.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2022, which commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m., considered and approved the allotment of 2,07,92,258 equity shares at a price of Rs. 20/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 18/- per equity share).

In view of the above, post aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will be increased from Rs12,99,51,612/- (6,49,75,806 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs17,15,36,128/- (8,57,68,064 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each), the company said.

At around 9:16 AM, Compuage Infocom Ltd is currently trading at Rs24.70 per share down by Rs0.4 or 1.59% from its previous closing of Rs25.10 per share on the BSE.
